1. Ownership

All artwork, images, photographs, written content, the "livi.art" name and mark, and the overall design and presentation of this site are the property of Livi, protected under Indian copyright law and applicable international treaties, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a physical work, or an Edition through livi.art transfers ownership of that specific object to you. It does not transfer copyright in the underlying artwork. Copyright in the image, composition, and creative work remains with the artist at all times, in accordance with Indian copyright law, under which the creator retains copyright even after a physical work is sold, unless expressly and separately assigned in writing.

2. What You May Do

If you own an Open, an Original or an Edition:

• Display it, photograph it for personal, non-commercial sharing (including on personal social media, with appropriate credit to Livi), and resell the physical work itself.

3. What You May Not Do

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• reproduce, print, or distribute the artwork commercially,
• use the artwork or Livi's name to promote another product, service, or brand,
• create derivative works based on the artwork,
• claim authorship or alter the work in a way that misrepresents it,
• use site content — including photography, translated copy, or brand language — for purposes beyond personal, non-commercial reference.

4. Site Content

Text, translations across our nine language versions, photography, and design elements on livi.art are original works created for this platform and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Trademarks

"livi.art" and associated marks are used in connection with this platform. Use of these names or marks without permission, in a way that could confuse or mislead, is not permitted.
